Vanessa Yelenic 4th Grade
Hello and welcome to 4th Grade! My name is Vanessa Yelenic, and this will be my 10th year teaching 4th grade at OLP. I feel truly blessed to be able to teach within a Catholic School and have the opportunity to share my faith with the students every day. The Catholic Faith has always been an important part of my life, as well as education. This is why I made the decision to attend Wheeling Jesuit University where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I am also certified in West Virginia for grades K to 6.
In my classroom, I promote a positive learning environment. This is a space where we learn, grow, and make memories. Not all children learn the same way. This is why I design my lessons to fit my students’ needs.
