My name is Shannon Bowman. I am a graduate of West Liberty University with a degree in Elementary Education. I have over 12 years experience teaching in the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. My husband, Mark, and I have 6 children. This is my third year in 5th grade and I am so excited to be a part of the OLP family and look forward to a fantastic school year!!
